Counter Hand - Stadium
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful customer service at the counter
- Maintain clean and tidy counter areas
- Manage time efficiently on shift by following checklists and prompts from previous shifts
- Constantly organise, and maintain front-of-house / customer areas
- Check customers' identification as required to confirm their legal drinking age
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as required
- Comply with food and beverage regulations, ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Maintain all safety standards
Requirements
- Willingness to work in large venues (stadium, concession, convention center, or similar)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay organised.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including; walking, standing and lifting potentially heavy items while interacting with customers
- Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers
- Great communication skills and the ability to take direction in a team environment
- A valid NSW RSA is required
